Tieree Reid - Founder and President
Tieree has spent the past two decades inspiring individuals, businesses, and organizations to implement and sustain positive change for the human condition.

Tieree Reid is a transformational servant leader. She is passionate about inspiring individuals, businesses, and organizations to implement and sustain positive change for the human condition. Tieree was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but Tieree now resides in Cumberland, Indiana, with her husband Brendan and daughter Nariyah. Tieree has two decades of experience in K-16 administration and nonprofit management. She is the principal consultant of Tieree Reid Consulting and a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
An avid community advocate, Tieree serves on several local committees and boards. Tieree is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in Higher Education at Oakland City University. She holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana State University; a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Minnesota Morris; a Project Management Certificate from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis; and a Financial Educator Certificate from the University of Minnesota. She is a proud alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Women in Leadership program for senior-level administrators in education.
Tieree Reid, Mrs. Central Indiana 2021, is a first-time local titleholder within the Mrs. America organization, 5th runner up at the 2021 Mrs. Indiana America pageant, Mrs. Congeniality 2021, and Fabulous Face 2021 winner. Her pageant platform, Pregnancy & Infant Loss, materialized into Shades of Becoming a Mom, Inc. (SBM). Tieree believes her God propelled her to champion Black maternal mortality, pregnancy, and infant loss after healing from her near-death pregnancy experience due to racism and implicit bias. Tieree is available for speaking engagements.
