Ntangi Mugarula - Board Member

Ntangi Mugarula is a Supervisor of the Administrative Center of Excellence to OneAmerica with over 10 years of administrative experience and project management. She is assisting the state of Indiana in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic as the single point of contact for ensuring that details associated with all COVID testing sites throughout Indiana are accurate and up to date by managing the back-end operations of the pubic IDH testing portal. Her background establishes a proven track record of providing executive-level business support through detail-oriented promotional, operations, and project management. She is experienced in human resources workflow, business event planning, hiring processes, employee management, technical support, corporate scheduling, and program coordination. Her skills include a demonstrated capacity in completing accurate legal research, analysis, and writing within the proposed deadline and budget. Ntangi is passionate about advancing maternal health care equality. She pressed through much of her life without permitting herself to process her miscarriage. Serving with Shades of Becoming a Mom, Inc. is her way of ensuring that Black women know that they have a choice to explore, embrace, and share their loss. Natangi enjoys the blessings of motherhood, traveling, and building furniture.
