Black Candle Day

Honor Black babies gone too soon and amplify the disproportionate grief and loss experienced by Black people on October 23, Black Candle Day.
Share your lighted candles with #BlackBabyLoss #BlackCandle #NBBLAW.
NBBLAW is held during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. The global community of individuals and families from all ethnic backgrounds who have experienced the horrific loss of a baby in pregnancy and infancy honor the lives of babies gone too soon in October. NBBLAW joins with the international body while appreciating the unique experiences of Black people and the need for spaces for Black people.
You are invited to light a candle of your choosing on October 23.
